Tata Consultancy Services in Madrid is seeking an Automation Engineer & IT Tools Management Optimization Specialist (L3 Support) to design, develop and maintain automation solutions for IT infrastructure operations. You will identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, optimize IT operations tools, and improve ServiceNow workflows, CMDB quality, monitoring, and observability.

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles.
• Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB administration.
• Knowledge of monitoring and event management platforms.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation workflows.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance.
