IE University in Segovia seeks an Associate Director of Student Experience to lead the design, governance, and optimization of academic processes and student services. The role collaborates with academic leadership, Schools, Registrar, IT, and external partners to deliver a seamless student journey.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Master's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent command of English; advanced level of Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Vice Dean of Academic Affairs in implementing policies and governance processes.
• Coordinate and monitor strategic academic projects across Schools and programs.
• Consolidate data and KPIs and provide actionable insights for reports.
• Strengthen student academic experience, advising, mentoring, and targeted support.
• Coordinate key academic processes: grades, appeals, reviews, and documentation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Schools, Registrar, IT, and stakeholders.
• Engage with Student Government and Class Representatives for feedback actions.
• Support institutional activities and engagement with Segovia and partnerships.
