IE University’s Business School is seeking an Associate Director, Undergraduate Programs to lead day-to-day operations of the BBA and related programs in Madrid. You will supervise Program Coordinators and Assistants, coordinate with faculty and departments, and ensure a world-class student experience across IE Business School’s undergraduate offerings.

Formación

• Master's degree and Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and oral).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with supervisory roles.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• EU work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for process improvement to boost operations and student satisfaction.
• Manage and execute projects to improve operations and student experience.
• Design mechanisms to reduce bottlenecks and improve internal communication.
• Propose and implement performance metrics.
• Develop and implement program guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and technology partners.
• Supervise and coach Program staff.
