Alantra is seeking an Analyst to join the Asset Management Capital Raising Unit (CRU) in Madrid. The role focuses on CRM management, client relations, and product lead support across multiple asset classes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, excellent English, and a collaborative mindset. Full-time role based in Madrid with exposure to investor relations and corporate development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Full-time availability.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in asset management or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Asset Management CRM management: implement new features, keep information up to date, identify prospective LPs.
• Client management support to senior BD/Sales professionals.
• Product Lead Support in five asset classes and related marketing materials.
• Prepare research notes and investor materials for international markets.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations and Corporate Development teams.
