Alantra is seeking an Analyst within its Real Estate Investment Banking team in Madrid. You will support M&A, Debt Advisory and Capital Raising transactions by building financial models, preparing client presentations, and coordinating with senior bankers and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include due diligence support, creating memos and marketing materials, and market research to identify opportunities while collaborating with legal and accounting advisors.

Formación

• 2-3 years of investment banking or related experience with strong financial analysis.
• Proficient in Excel-based modelling and valuation techniques.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese or Italian valued.
• CFA designation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and trading/transaction comparable analyses.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, valuation metrics and key industry trends.
• Lead the preparation of client presentations, investment memorandums and marketing materials.
• Support the execution of live transactions, including process management, due diligence, negotiations and deal structuring.
• Assist in the origination and development of new business opportunities by conducting market and company research.
• Work closely with senior bankers and clients, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as legal advisors, accountants and consultants.
