Alantra in Madrid is seeking an Analyst to join the Asset Management Capital Raising Unit (CRU). The role focuses on supporting fundraising efforts, updating opportunities, CRM enhancements, and coordinating with senior BD/Sales teams.

You will work with cross-functional colleagues across IT, investor relations, and marketing in a fast-paced environment, applying strong analytical skills and fluency in English to help drive growth in European markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• 1–2 years in asset management, business development, or investor relations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Implement new CRM features with IT coordination.
• Update investment opportunities and keep information up to date.
• Identify potential LP prospects for new products.
• Support client management for senior BD/Sales staff.
• Prepare documentation and board/minutes for committees.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations and Corporate Development.
• Assist in investor events with marketing team.
