Alantra in Madrid is seeking an Analyst to join the Asset Management division, specifically the Capital Raising Unit (CRU). You will work on CRM management, client management support to senior BD/Sales professionals, and product lead support across five asset classes.

You will also prepare marketing presentations, coordinate with Investor Relations, research prospective LPs, and help prepare documentation for boards and partners, with a collaborative, growth-focused team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Full-time availability.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in the asset management industry, related to business development, investor relations, finance, accounting, audit, compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Good attitude and desire to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Asset Management CRM management: Implementation of new CRM features in coordination with IT; Update of investment opportunities and make sure information is up to date; Identification of potential prospects for new products/projects or to review the status of a specific fundraising process
• Client management support to senior BD/Sales professionals
• Product Lead Support in Alantra 5 different asset classes
• Marketing Presentations
• Internal Committees Presentations
• Research & Client Prospecting: Research and preparatory notes of potential new LPs on international markets using Preqin, With Intelligence and public web sources
• Preparation of documentation and minutes for the Boards and Managing Partners of the different products
• Coordination with Alantra Corporate Development division and Investor Relations team about information on the Asset Management products and investors
• Include product information over different platforms used by investment consultants or advisors
• Support in the preparation of internal and external investor events in coordination with Alantra marketing team
