Job summary

We are recruiting for a Madrid Production Hub to engage French-speaking doctors for market research participation. The role involves calling doctors, inviting them to studies, and following up to maximize participation, with emphasis on clear communication and documentation.

The ideal candidate is a French native speaker with good English, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with multinational corporations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Additional tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
