Action in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will contact doctors, invite them to participate, and drive engagement through proactive follow-ups.

Fluency in French is required, with good English for trainings and internal communications. Attention to detail, organization, and clear communication by phone and email are essential; multinational experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations when needed.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation targets for your assigned pool of doctors using multiple channels and arguments.
