Manpower España in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub on a full-time basis. You will recruit doctors and manage their participation in market research studies, reaching out via calls and emails.

The role requires exceptional attention to detail, professional communication skills, and good English for trainings and internal meetings. Experience with multinational corporations is advantageous.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using various channels
