Job summary

We are seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub team. You will recruit doctors for market research studies and manage their participation, using calls and emails to engage panelists across multiple channels. Strong attention to detail and excellent organization are essential.

The role involves follow-up communications, documentation, and occasional translations. Prior experience in multinational environments is advantageous for collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages where needed.
