Job summary

Grupo 5 in Madrid is seeking a recruiter fluent in French to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and build engagement with healthcare professionals.

The role requires native French, strong English, excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Experience in multinational environments is a plus; some translations/ documentation tasks may be required.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national organizations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
