Don Carlos Marbella in Madrid is seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our production hub as a French-speaking recruiter. This full-time office role focuses on engaging doctors for market research studies and building a panel of healthcare professionals.

You will contact doctors by phone and email, manage registrations, and monitor participation rates. Fluency in French is required, with good English for trainings and internal communications.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent professional communication by telephone and email.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multinational corporations is a plus.
• Translations of text passages may be required.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and track their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation targets across assigned doctors using multiple channels.
• Handle documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translations as needed.
