Job summary

Empresa De Gestión Y Selección in Madrid seeks a French native speaker to join our Production Hub, recruiting doctors and managing their participation in market research studies.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, follow up to maximize response rates, and handle documentation, translations, and communications in a multinational environment.

Fluent French, good English, excellent communication and organizational skills are essential; experience with multinational firms is a plus.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English (training/meetings/internal communications).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
