Action is recruiting a team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors and follow up on their participation in market research studies, building engagement and a strong panel of healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate is a native French speaker with good English, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Experience in multinational environments is a plus, with tasks including documentation, translations, and mailings.

• Native French speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills; experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates using different communication channels and arguments.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations as needed.
