Job summary

Tienda De Moda Con Presencia En Todas Las Ciudades Importantes De España seeks an energetic recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will identify and engage doctors for market research studies and manage their participation through calls and emails.

The role requires a French native speaker with good English, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a multinational environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the healthcare panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst assigned doctors using different communication channels.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
