Job summary

Novaya Iberia, a European leader in natural and sustainable latex products for the sleep industry, is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Iberia region and the broader Mediterranean market. You will manage a growing portfolio of clients across Iberia, Italy and Greece, and drive commercial strategies to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Business/marketing degree valued but not required.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and work onsite in La Almunia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across Iberia, Italy and Greece.
• Plan and execute commercial strategies to expand market presence and strengthen the brand.
• Conduct regular customer visits and represent the company at international trade fairs and events.
• Act as a key link between the market and internal teams in Spain and Belgium.
• Monitor sales results, identify market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work with the European Sales Director to define objectives and support the commercial vision.
• Collaborate closely with local agents in Italy and Greece.
