Job summary

Advansor is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Spain to join an international team focused on delivering sustainable CO2 refrigeration solutions. You will drive growth in the Spanish market and manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as the primary face to customers in the retail, heating, and industrial segments.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional background within refrigeration, HVAC, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in refrigeration or HVAC.
• Experience with natural refrigerants (CO2) is a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate tech features into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Expand technical sales and market share in Spain.
• Drive growth in the Spanish market for CO2 refrigeration systems.
