Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Spain to expand our technical sales and market share in the refrigeration industry. You will act as the primary face to customers, driving growth of CO2 refrigeration and heating systems across retail, heating and industrial segments.

You will collaborate with internal teams to provide expert advice, build strong customer relationships and contribute to ambitious growth targets in the Iberia region.

Qualifications

• Background in refrigeration, HVAC, or related technical field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally 2+ years in refrigeration or HVAC.
• Strong ability to translate technical features into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and market activities for Spain in line with global strategy.
• Grow market share in the Spanish market by identifying opportunities in existing and new accounts.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
• Build and maintain a robust network of end-users, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop the sales pipeline through proactive customer development and value-based selling.
