Advansor is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Spain to join our international team and drive growth of our CO2 refrigeration systems across retail, heating and industrial segments. You will manage your portfolio of accounts, develop new business with end users, refrigeration consultants and contractors, and provide expert technical support to ensure optimal solutions.

English is the corporate language; 2+ years of B2B sales experience in refrigeration or HVAC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in refrigeration, HVAC or related technical field.
• Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales in refrigeration/HVAC.
• Technical expertise in refrigeration technology; CO2 refrigerants advantageous.
• Familiarity with Retail or Industrial sectors preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate features into value.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of accounts and drive growth of CO2 refrigeration systems.
• Develop new business with end users, consultants and contractors.
• Provide expert technical advice to ensure optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with internal sales, support and after-sales teams.
