Talents First recruits for its client, a growing industrial equipment manufacturer, seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales across Northern Spain and Portugal through distributor network development. The role blends business development, key account management, and technical sales in a competitive industrial environment.

You will interact with technical and commercial stakeholders, travel frequently within the territory, and report to Regional Management.

Formación

Bachelor's or higher engineering degree or technical background.
Minimum 5 years in B2B industrial sales.
Proven experience developing and managing distributor networks (indirect sales).
Experience in compressors or similar industrial equipment is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

Develop and manage a network of distributors and channel partners.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Promote and sell technical solutions in compressed air systems.
Deliver technical presentations and conduct air audits for customers.
Support partners to ensure effective solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability.
