You will document interactions in the CRM, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices.

Formación

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to engage with an international team.
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for the role.
• EU passport or the legal right to reside/work in Bulgaria preferred or required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver world-class support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve inquiries with empathy, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed CRM records for seamless service continuity.
