Omya is seeking an AR Specialist to join its Barcelona-based finance team. The role blends hands-on cash application with collaboration across departments in a hybrid work model.

You will handle incoming payments, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end closings to ensure accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in AR or related finance, experience with SAP/Autobank/Salesforce/Smarteye, and strong analytical and communication skills in English.

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Autobank, Salesforce, Smarteye) is a plus.
• Experience with automation of credit-to-cash processes between tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess account situations and findings.
• Clear and proactive communication with internal and external customers.
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused approach.
