Omya Business Services SLU in Barcelona seeks a finance professional to handle accounts receivable, collections, and close support in a hybrid work setting.

You will build relationships with customers, manage payments, and contribute to monthly closings using SAP, Autobank, Salesforce, and Smarteye. Fluency in Romanian and English is required; German is a plus. This role offers a collaborative environment within a global minerals company.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in AR or a finance-related role such as Cash Allocation, Cash Collection, or Dispute Management.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Autobank, Salesforce, Smarteye) is a plus.
• Experience with automation of credit-to-cash processes across tools.
• Analytical skills to understand account situations and diagnose issues.
• Strong and clear communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and solutions-focused mindset.
• Romanian and English required; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve incidents with customers about queries and payments.
• Build relationships and credibility with internal and external customers.
• Proactively handle collections within a portfolio of customers, based on company policy.
• Ensure proper financial measures for collections.
• Address insolvencies according to company policies.
• Provide support in accounting closings.
