Job summary

Vitamin Well Spain, based in Madrid, seeks an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage daily invoicing, payment allocations and customer accounts. This fixed-term maternity cover role reports to the Head of Finance & Operations Spain and collaborates with Group Finance in Stockholm.

You will work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate records, timely collections and smooth month‑end closing. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience with accounts receivable, invoicing and collections
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; Dynamics 365 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment allocation and account reconciliations
• Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments and support the collection process
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries in collaboration with Sales and other internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and financial records in our accounting systems
• Support month-end closing activities, AR reporting and other finance tasks as needed
