The Tech & AI Lead – Real Estate Transactions role is a full-time, on-site position based in Barcelona. The candidate will build and run CAPMIRA's AI-driven operating model across the real estate and M&A activity: automated review and summarization of legal, technical and financial documentation; data-room analysis for due diligence; contract and investment memorandum templates; market and regulatory monitoring; and the firm's internal knowledge base, always under strict confidentiality and data-protection standards. Depending on background, the candidate will also take direct ownership of one transactional workstream: legal due diligence and contract negotiation (lawyer profile), technical and urban planning due diligence, licensing and CAPEX assessment (architect or engineer profile), or financial modeling, valuation and investment analysis (economist profile). Daily activities include coordinating with external advisors, notaries, technical consultants and registries, supporting negotiations and closings, and working closely with the founding partner, vertical partners and client representatives, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and discretion.
University degree in Law, Engineering, Architecture, Economics or Business Administration; a Master's in real estate, digital law, data or finance is an advantage. Three to seven years of experience gained at an international real estate services firm (CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, Colliers or similar), a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) in real estate, transaction services, legal or advisory practices, a leading law firm, an engineering or architecture practice, an investment firm or a family office, with demonstrable participation in real estate or M&A transactions. Strong organizational ability, capacity to manage several transactions simultaneously and to work collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team.
