CAPMIRA - Multi Family Office seeks a Tech & AI Lead – Real Estate Transactions to build and run an AI-driven operating model for real estate and M&A work in Barcelona. You will automate review of legal, technical and financial docs and support due diligence, deal negotiations and closings with confidential data handling.

Formación

• University degree in Law, Engineering, Architecture, Economics or Business Administration; a Master’s in real estate, digital law, data or finance is an advantage.
• Experience at an international real estate services firm or Big Four in real estate, transaction services, legal or advisory practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run CAPMIRA's AI-driven operating model for real estate and M&A activity.
• Automated review and summarization of legal, technical and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with external advisors, notaries, technical consultants and registries to support closings.

Educación
