MTS Globe Spain is seeking a Groups Agent to reinforce its Palma team. You will coordinate groups and events, organize and follow up on activities, and ensure detailed proposals are created and shared with clients.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, a degree in tourism or related field, and strong English; German is a plus. Experience in large events is highly valued.

• Degree in Tourism or similar.
• High English level; German would be a plus.
• Valuable training in Event and Groups Management.
• Valuable experience in large events.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate groups/events for clients.
• Organize and follow up on events and activities.
• Prepare and present tailor-made offers.
• Create pricing tables for excursions and transfers.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and secure bookings.
• Provide detailed reports prior to events and ensure all info is shared.

We are looking for a Groups Agent to reinforce our team in Palma. As a Groups Agent you will be responsible for coordinating groups/events, as well as organizing and following up on events.

Responsabilities:

• Plan and create tailor-made offers.
• Create standard pricing tables for excursions and transfers.
• Prepare and send detailed proposals and power point presentations to clients.
• Negotiating prices with suppliers.
• Securing and booking accommodation, transportation, venues, activities, etc.
• Providing detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the information they need.
• Organization and implementation of tour groups, incentives, meetings and events.
• Follow up events before, during and after with the client directly.
• Contact with Travel Agencies, OTA’S, etc.

Requisitos
