OTG is seeking an Operations Manager at LaGuardia Airport to lead daily operations across OTG's diverse concepts—from retail to QSR to full service. You will drive staffing, training, and guest service, ensuring high-energy, accurate execution on every shift.

You will own onboarding, safety compliance, and performance improvements, fostering a positive, inclusive workplace and maintaining OTG quality standards across all locations.

Qualifications

• A hospitality degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years in management, full service restaurants or retail.
• Stellar communication skills that keep teams aligned and guests impressed.
• Fluent in Microsoft Suite and flexible to schedule demands.

• Elevate food & beverage quality and presentation to OTG standards.
• Own scheduling and staffing for each shift to ensure top-tier service.

• Champion safety and ensure compliance with OTG policies and laws.
• Lead corrective actions from audits with urgency and accountability.
• Communicate OTG policies clearly to the team.
