Santander is seeking a Product Adoption & Value Lead in Madrid with global scope. You will support adoption, scaling and value realization of AI-enabled integration across Santander Group entities, reporting to the Global Head of AI Integration & Migration.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, business-case discipline, and fluency with AI tech, cloud and modernization. Hybrid work in Madrid with global impact.

Formación

• 8+ years in product management or related fields.
• Experience building business cases and KPI frameworks.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across complex orgs.
• Banking or regulated enterprise exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate adoption programs across countries and vendors.
• Develop and track business cases, KPIs and value realization.
• Translate needs into product backlog with engineering teams.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards for governance.
