Santander is seeking an AI Transformation Analyst in Madrid to help business teams identify opportunities, design prompts, document use cases and track adoption of AI tools. The role emphasizes responsible AI use and cross-functional collaboration within Wealth Management & Insurance.

Ideal candidates have a 0–3 year background in transformation or related fields, with a Bachelor’s in Engineering or CS, and strong English (Spanish preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in transformation, consulting, data, technology, or financial services.
• Experience creating presentations, documentation, analysis, or training materials for business stakeholders.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools, copilots, or automation solutions is a plus.
