• 0–3 years in a relevant role or field.
• Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or other quantitative discipline.
• Comfortable working with SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent fluency in English (C1 or above).
• Previous consulting, analytics, or operations experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and implement AI initiatives.
• Translate datasets into insights and identify opportunities for automation, pricing, sales effectiveness, and market expansion.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on performance and workflows to uncover inefficiencies and propose AI-driven solutions.
