We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Data Analyst to join our analytics team. In this role, you’ll own analytics for sales and marketing, driving a direct impact on business growth.

We need someone with strong business acumen, a proactive mindset, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Technical expertise is also key — particularly advanced SQL skills to access and work with data effectively.

What You'll Do:

Collect, validate, and aggregate data from multiple sources, including the DWH (Redshift), internal databases (PostgreSQL), CRM and sales tools, ad platforms, Google Analytics, and tracking systems.
Help set up and maintain reporting in Tableau, and generate ad hoc reports as needed.
Monitor business team performance and provide ongoing analytical support: discuss KPIs, help formulate and test hypotheses, organize A/B tests, and report on outcomes.
Work closely with sales, marketing, management, and development teams to visualize and clearly communicate metrics and insights across different levels of complexity.
Analyze sales and marketing funnels to identify trends and provide recommendations on offers, strategy, lead quality, and more.
2–3+ years of experience as a data analyst, ideally in sales and marketing domains.
Solid understanding of data analysis principles; ability to turn data into insights and insights into business recommendations.
Familiarity with product and marketing metrics (MAU, LTV, ARPU, CAC, retention rate, etc.) and funnel analysis.
Strong SQL skills and good knowledge of statistics.
Ability to visualize and present data to different audiences; experience with BI tools like Tableau is a plus.
Good spoken and written English.
Also helpful: experience validating hypotheses and running A/B tests, understanding of data pipelines, experience with various databases and data sources, and knowledge of mobile app analytics and tracking specifics.
