Jobandtalent in Madrid is seeking a curious and analytical Marketplace Operations Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and help drive our AI-first transformation. You will collaborate with leaders to automate processes, unlock insights, and enable smarter growth across markets.

You will build dashboards and models using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, translate complex datasets into recommendations, and support pricing optimization and market expansion strategies.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role or environment.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with teams to design initiatives that improve performance and drive growth across markets.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, identifying opportunities where automation and intelligent systems can optimize pricing, enhance commercial effectiveness, and support market expansion strategies.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of business performance and workflows, uncovering inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions.
• Build analytical models and dashboards (using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools) to track KPIs, measure the impact of automation, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with the company’s founders and local teams on high-impact projects, helping to deploy and scale AI-powered processes across different markets.
