Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an AI Search Optimization Specialist to own search for B2B and growing brands. You will shape the technical roadmap, content priorities, and ranking narratives for client success.

You act as the strategic voice at the table and make informed calls. You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content collaboration with writers and AI, while driving AI-powered search initiatives, local and multi-location SEO, and transparent GA4/reporting for quarterly

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in SEO, including audits and fixes.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously.
• Comfort with technical SEO, analytics tools and reporting

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO for client book: crawl, indexation, site speed and schema.
• Develop keyword strategy and on-page optimization with content teams.
• Improve AI search visibility across Google AI, ChatGPT and related tools.
• Build links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Produce GA4 and Search Console reports and quarterly roadmaps.
