Factorial is seeking an engineering lead to own the public API and integrations framework, collaborating with Product and Design to deliver scalable APIs and AI-enabled features. You will mentor peers, drive production-grade code, and help define the AI strategy tied to the YepCode acquisition.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, speed, and adaptability across a multi-team environment, with on-site collaboration and a strong design-system focus.

• Development maturity: produce solid, well-tested, production-grade code and own systems end-to-end.
• Proven impact: demonstrated projects or contributions that produced measurable results.
• Product-first thinking: design end-to-end experiences, not isolated components.
• Speed and adaptability: experiment, learn, and iterate quickly.
• Abstraction mindset: experience with legacy/monolithic systems and reusable frameworks.
• Optional bonus: experience with LLMs, skill-based agents, or AI protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end development of the public API and integrations framework, from problem definition and system design to shipping, monitoring, and iteration in production.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to shape APIs and frameworks that meet real user needs.
• Ensure consistent user and integration experience across verticals, aligned with Factorial’s design system.
• Participate in customer calls, reviews, and feedback sessions to understand workflows and pain points.
• Mentor peers, document learnings, and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Define and drive AI initiatives related to the YepCode acquisition, including skill-based agents, evaluation frameworks, RAG, and agentic workflows.
