Rauda AI is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify opportunities where AI can create real business impact. You will collaborate with Account Executives, leadership, and engineering to understand industries and operational challenges.

You'll research companies and engage with operations and customer leaders to start conversations about automation, build a strong pipeline, and learn AI use cases that drive efficiency.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, Customer Operations, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity about how businesses operate.
• Interest in AI, technology, and automation.
• Ability to ask good questions and uncover real business challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High ownership and proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Professional level of Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Discover opportunities by researching companies, industries, and teams to find AI/value points.
• Engage with decision makers to understand challenges and discuss automation and efficiency.
• Conduct quality discovery to map processes and bottlenecks.
• Generate high-impact pipeline with Account Executives for opportunities.
• Learn and become an AI and operations expert, understanding use cases and workflows.
