Infront is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team and build the reporting foundations of the Revenue Operations function. You will own how we measure the health and performance of the revenue engine across pipeline, conversion, velocity, and forecasting accuracy.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will develop dashboards and data models in Salesforce and BI, applying AI to automate data preparation and accelerate analysis.

Formación

• Background in data science, data analytics or a quantitative discipline.
• Strong SQL skills with Python or R experience.
• Experience building dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analysis and automation.
• Interest in learning Salesforce and adapting to CRM analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Own pipeline analytics and revenue performance reporting.
• Produce trusted reporting for management, ExCo, and Board.
• Support forecasting with data-driven analysis and baselines.
• Build dashboards and data models across Salesforce and BI.
• Apply AI to automate data prep and accelerate analysis.
• Conduct trend, regression, and cohort analyses.
• Partner with CRM and BI to ensure data quality and governance.
• Own Salesforce reporting and dashboards; support CRM capabilities evolution.
• Support Salesforce administration, including user management and training.
