Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking AI Engineers for the WAVE team to turn briefs into working prototypes and production-ready AI solutions. The role covers software engineering, data science, and modern AI/agent design, with a focus on reusable, scalable outputs and collaboration across Quotient and the wider firm.

You will build AI agent and LLM-based systems, develop ML models, and prototype delivery formats such as agents and avatars while ensuring quality and deployability in client contexts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Python and modern ML tooling across the build lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based or ML solutions, under time pressure.
• Full professional English; Spanish welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agent and LLM-based solutions to support business development and project execution.
• Develop traditional ML and analytical models where they fit the problem.
• Prototype disruptive delivery formats including agents and avatars.
• Build with reuse and scale in mind; coordinate with Quotient Inside for productization.
• Collaborate with Technical Business Partner to translate business needs into tech work.
• Work with Platform / Infrastructure Engineer to deploy solutions reliably.
