Job summary

Oliver Wyman is pursuing a Platform / Infrastructure Engineer for the WAVE AI-enabled team. You will own the foundations that enable rapid prototyping, reliable deployment, and scalable infrastructure across projects.

You will design and maintain cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and self-serve environments, collaborating closely with AI Engineers to deliver reusable, scalable platforms within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and a major cloud platform, ideally Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
• Ability to design, deploy, and operate scalable infrastructure for AI-enabled projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the team's cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Set up CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and disaster-recovery capabilities for rapid deployment.
• Provide infrastructure as a service through self-serve environments for the team.
• Advise on infrastructure setup to support scale and performance.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to ensure deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of solutions.
• Help establish environment design, release management, and operational resilience.
• Support a consistent engineering experience across projects and promote a platform mindset.
• Contribute to a scalable, reusable engineering pattern across WAVE.
