Winning Consulting is seeking an AI Engineer to join a Madrid-based project for an international insurance client. You will design and productionise AI features using LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks, while ensuring guardrails, security and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or AI/ML.
• Hands-on with LLM, RAG, prompt engineering and agent frameworks.
• Azure cloud experience and SDLC/Agile delivery.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and productionise AI-enabled features and services using LLM, RAG and agent frameworks.
• Own evaluation, testing, guardrails, observability, security and cost management.
• Prototype rapidly and validate ideas, turning concepts into working software.
• Direct AI coding assistants and review code for security and standards.
• Drive adoption of AI agent-led delivery and mentor teammates.
• Track AI trends and apply them pragmatically to products.
