Job summary

The Whiteam Consulting is seeking an AI Agent Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join a project focused on designing, developing, and evolving AI agent-based solutions and LLMs in a cloud environment.

The role requires expertise in agent architectures, runtime orchestration, RAG, and backend development with Python, using FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. You will build observable, scalable agent systems and contribute to CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Diseñar y desarrollar arquitecturas de agentes de IA.
• Trabajar con conceptos como planning, tool calling, function calling, memory y context engineering.
• Diseñar soluciones basadas en semantic routing, workflows y agentes.
• Trabajar con MCP (Model Context Protocol) y, valorablemente, A2A.
• Diseñar y desarrollar arquitecturas de multi-agent orchestration.
• Trabajar con frameworks como LangGraph y OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Diseñar y mantener el runtime de agentes, incluyendo execution loops, state management, orchestration, retries y checkpointing.
• Implementar streaming, human-in-the-loop, observabilidad, tracing y gestión de contexto.
• Diseñar sistemas de ejecución de herramientas y gestión de concurrencia.
• Diseñar e implementar estrategias de evaluación de agentes y LLMs.
• Crear offline evals, online evals, benchmarks y datasets de evaluación.
• Implementar golden datasets, synthetic datasets y LLM-as-a-judge.
• Desarrollar pruebas de regresión y realizar seguimiento de experimentos y reproducibilidad.
• Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones RAG, incluyendo chunking, embeddings, reranking y vector databases.
• Optimizar la calidad de recuperación y el uso de context windows.
• Trabajar en LLM Engineering, incluyendo prompting, structured outputs, JSON Schema y function calling.
• Optimizar aspectos relacionados con tokenización, costes, latencia y caching.
• Desarrollar soluciones backend utilizando Python.
• Trabajar con tecnologías como FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka y PostgreSQL.
• Implementar soluciones de observabilidad, incluyendo tracing, métricas, logs y agent traces.
• Monitorizar costes y latencia de sistemas basados en IA.
• Desarrollar estrategias de testing unitario, integración, evaluación y regresión.
• Integrar soluciones de IA en procesos CI/CD.
• Trabajar con entornos cloud y servicios especializados de IA.
