Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Business Analyst for its WAVE team to streamline AI-enabled business development across Europe, Iberia, the UK, and Southeast Europe. You will be the day‑to‑day contact for partner demand, turning it into briefs and ensuring work is reusable and scalable.

You will shape medium‑term direction, run governance cadence, and work with technical colleagues to create practical, high‑quality deliverables that can be reused across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in management consulting or equivalent, with exposure to business development.
• Strong business judgement and ability to assess feasibility and impact.
• Excellent structuring and written communications skills.
• Full professional English; Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn incoming partner demand into practical, high‑value outputs for go‑to‑market efforts.
• Shape vague asks into crisp briefs for engineers and partners; manage backlog and priorities.
• Maintain reusable content and proposals; contribute to governance cadence and trade‑offs.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design scalable AI‑enabled solutions.
• Help translate ideas into proposals, prototypes, and supporting material.
