Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own our AI enablement strategy end-to-end. You will build foundational platforms, tooling, and frameworks enabling product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely and at scale.

You will democratize AI, establish LLMOps/MLOps practices, and drive agentic workflows and data pipelines across the Actian Data Intelligence Platform. A strong track record in enterprise SaaS AI projects is essential.

Formación

• Senior AI/ML Engineer, LLMOps Engineer, or Software Architect with enterprise SaaS or data platform experience.
• Deep technical expertise in Python or Go, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive framework development for AI enablement.
• Experience with CI/CD, AI evaluation datasets, containerization, and clean code architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain core AI orchestration layers, API gateways, and reusable frameworks for company-wide consumption.
• Collaborate with core engineering teams to embed production-ready AI features into the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring tools for model performance, privacy, and security.
• Monitor cloud compute spend and optimize latency for production AI features.
• Lead cross-functional upskilling, create docs, and empower teams to build AI-driven features.
• Drive PoC to production for high-impact AI projects with production-grade code.
• Standardize tooling across the org, including vector embeddings and semantic caching.
• Evaluate partnerships with AI model providers and open-source models to stay at the vanguard.
• Define metrics to track impact like adoption, time-to-market, and ROI.
