eDreams ODIGEO is seeking an AI Adoption Partner to empower teams across engineering, product, and business units to adopt cutting-edge AI capabilities. You will design and deliver training, build scalable enablement playbooks, and measure impact to drive AI-powered transformation at scale.

The role requires collaboration with leadership, strong communication, and a passion for teaching, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence AI strategy across a global travel platform.

Qualifications

Background in AI/ML with practical teaching or enablement experience.
Experience designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops.
Strong communication and facilitation for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Needs assessment with business leaders to identify AI skill gaps.
Design and deliver engaging training curricula and workshops on AI topics.
Create scalable playbooks and scorecards for AI enablement across units.
Stay up to date with advances in AI/ML and related tech.
Define metrics to evaluate adoption, maturity and impact of enablement.
