LeoVegas is seeking a hands-on, technically fluent AI Enablement Engineer to drive AI adoption across our development organization. You will embed with engineering and product teams to identify friction and build AI-powered automations that scale across the company.

You will work with our AI Efficiency Architects and AI Evangelist to turn high-level AI strategy into concrete, measurable wins on the ground. This role suits someone who thrives on variety, moves fast, and realizes real impact

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Deep, hands-on AI experience moving prototypes to real-world tools.
• Ability to turn vague problems into working solutions quickly.
• Excellent collaboration across multiple teams and clear communication.
• Familiarity with SDLC/DevOps practices and tooling.
• Self-directed, capable of managing a portfolio across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Use Case Discovery: map workflows and identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: design and implement AI-powered solutions for fast value.
• Reusable Enablement Assets: create templates and patterns for scale.
• Adoption & Measurement: drive tool adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Feedback to the Platform: surface needs to AI Efficiency Architects.
• Technical Mentorship & Influence: guide senior engineers on AI best practices.
