Mondelēz International seeks a hands-on Tech Lead to own the MEU marketing technology landscape. You will deploy and operate consumer data and CRM platforms, manage GDPR compliance with the DPO, and lead SIT/UAT for partner-built integrations.

You will coordinate with architecture and product teams to deliver scalable campaigns, ensure WCAG accessibility, and steer external vendors and agencies to successful go-live across European markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring CDP/CRM platforms (Braze or similar).
• Experience with consent management (OneTrust or similar).
• Knowledge of marketing data flows and data modelling.
• Experience leading SIT/UAT and integrations end-to-end.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills (BigQuery).
• Ability to write clear technical documentation for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own regional MarTech platform reliability end to end: integrations, performance, monitoring.
• Lead technical workstreams for global digital marketing products across MEU.
• Translate campaign briefs into lead-gen integrations and data models.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and accessibility requirements across markets.
• Guide system integrators and agencies through build, run and support.
