Triple, an AI-native fintech, is seeking an ambitious SDR to open doors with banks and fintechs across Europe. You will build target accounts, initiate first conversations, and hand qualified opportunities to the AE team.

This remote role includes travel to North America for events and client meetings, requires 1–3 years in outbound B2B, and offers real growth potential as you shape Triple's outbound engine.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years in outbound B2B sales or business development.
• Fluent English; Spanish or another European language is a plus.
• You work with AI daily to research accounts, draft outreach, and automate repetitive tasks.
• You write short, sharp messages that get replies.
• Comfortable reading pipeline reports and adapting strategy.
• Curiosity about how banks work, payments, disputes and fraud.

Aufgaben

• Identify and prioritise target banks and fintechs across Europe.
• Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone with personalised messages.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Build prompts, agents and workflows to automate prospecting.
• Keep CRM clean and ensure smooth handover to AEs.
• Travel to events and conferences to meet prospects in person.
• Hit pipeline targets: qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
