Super is seeking a Staff Market Intelligence Researcher to design AI-native research systems and run AI-augmented workflows at scale. You will work across Marketing Intelligence and Performance & Analytics to turn consumer understanding into business impact, building pipelines, tools, and an insights library.

You will own high-throughput insights, triage requests, deliver within two weeks, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations for marketing teams.

Formación

• 6–9 years in consumer insights or market research with strong mixed‑methods expertise.
• Proven experience building and running AI‑augmented research workflows at scale.
• Track record of operating in high‑throughput, fast‑paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate AI-native research systems and workflows.
• Own and triage research requests from across marketing.
• Deliver insights within a two‑week maximum turnaround and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain a continuous brand and consumer intelligence system.
• Deploy automated competitive intelligence and synthesize into regular briefings.
