Super is seeking a Staff Market Intelligence Researcher to design and operate AI-native research systems across Europe and Latin America, delivering fast, high-quality consumer and market intelligence. You will own workflows from data collection to actionable insights, shaping brand intelligence and competitive analysis.
You will work across Marketing Intelligence and Performance & Analytics, building scalable pipelines, governance, and tools, with a focus on speed, reliability, and commercial
Formación
- 6–9 years in consumer insights or market research with mixed-methods expertise.
- Proven experience building AI-augmented research workflows at scale.
- Ability to deliver high-throughput insights in fast-paced settings.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
Responsabilidades
- Build AI-native research systems and workflows for consumer insights at scale.
- Deliver insights within short turnaround times and actionable recommendations.
- Own and evolve a continuous brand intelligence program across multiple markets.
- Develop automated competitive intelligence and governance of AI research platforms.
- Connect insights to commercial impact and marketing strategy.
